Wahooo, I finished my last exam of the year so it's holiday for me too! I've got so many amazing things to do, starting with a lot of blogging and booking my summer holiday, of course. The outfit below is the look behind the makeup and hairstyle picture that I showed you in the previous post. It's a pretty basic outfit, but I think the beauty of the items makes it a chic look though. I wore the new dotted Converse sneakers for the first time outside, and I really love them. They're so comfortable, and they're really unique. I still haven't seen anyone with them in my environment, so that's a good thing for me!

Hair and makeup
Just one picture of the shoot we did last Saturday. I'll show you the whole look very soon, but because my hairstyle and eye makeup are captured very well in this shot, I decided to post only this pic in today's post. The eye makeup is from the legendary Dior 5 couleurs palette, which I totally adore. It's long-lasting, and the shades are amazing. There's a little shimmer in the color, that gives the eyes the perfect look. The Diorshow 360 mascara is also wonderfully. It gives such an intense glance, and the rotating brush is simply funny to use. ;-) The hairstyle isn't a very complicated one, but I think it look great though. It's both sophisticated and playful, so the perfect hairdo for daytime.

Peek-a-boo
I just found these pics that we shot a couple of weeks ago. I wore a beautiful floral printed dress with cute crochet waist trim. Love this subtle cut-out of the dress. What do you think?

Friends of my feet
Like I promised yesterday, here's the outfit with my new slippers. My feet enjoyed the day so much, because the comfort level of these shoes is sky-high. I really like this type of outfit lately. It's comfortable yet stylish, and the nonchalance of the look perfectly reflects my longing to vacation. I can't believe there's only one week left before the academic year at uni ends. Summer break, here I comeeeee!

Expect the unexpected
Life is about doing unexpected things, no? I love new experiences, making life-changing decisions, doing other things than usual.. It keeps things interesting. My last purchase was not a life-changing decision, but I guess you can label it a "new experience". I got myself some Birkenstock slippers, even though I almost swore myself not to buy them a couple of years ago. I'm aware of the fact most of you won't like them, but I'm proudly telling you that I love them. They're sooooo comfortable, and they look pretty cool too with various types of outfits. I'll show you the first look with them in tomorrow's post!

Wandering around the grass
Wandering around the grass in high heels: not the easiest thing to do. However, the result of the photoshot is pretty cool, even if only that it's very different than the usual outfitshots. Have a nice Tuesday evening!

Tie-dye jeans
I created tie-dye jeans that are slightly different than you're probably used to. Namely, they are blue with yellow splashes on them (instead of the more common white splashes). I styled them with my military blazer, that's definitely been worth its money. I wore it in the first outfitpost ever (almost two years ago) and I've worn it a lot since then. Its cut is perfect, and the jacket is so comfortable. I still regret that I didn't buy it in navy too.

I stole your heart(s)
One of the items that I wear most is definitely this tshirt. I bought it during the sales over a year ago and I've worn it many times since then. I love its simplicity and it's perfect when you want to dress comfortable. I styled it with my new oversized shorts (with cuteeeee hearts on it) and little red bag. What do you think?

Sporty chic with dots
Look at these beauties that arrived at my home yesterday! Aren't they gorgeous? They're perfect to wear with skinny jeans and a leather jacket, but I'm sure they'll also look wonderful with shorts, a pretty top, and a cool sunvisor. It's my second pair of Converse shoes (my brother gave me the black core hi when I turned nineteen this January) and I really - really - like the brand. They combine sports with fashion, which I think is totally cool. I'm ready to rock my sporty chic look!

The living piece of art
I'm aware of the fact that this look can cause some negative reactions, but I had to try it on because I think it's one of the most artistic outfits I've worn in the last two years. Why I think it's so artistic? It's because I felt like a living piece of art because of the overload of prints. Even my nails were decorated with dots, and when you look at me in this outfit it's almost unbelievable that you're looking at the person that used to dislike patterns on clothes at all. However, time's changed and now I'm the person that totally loves prints. The crazier the print the better. ;-)
